Shipping policy
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
- Standard (UPS Ground/USPS): 2–5 business days after shipment.
- Expedited (UPS 2-Day): 2 business days after shipment.
- Overnight (UPS Next Day Air): 1 business day after shipment. Note: Transit times are carrier estimates and exclude weekends/holidays.
Shipping Rates
- Live rates at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
- Free Shipping: Orders Over $50.
Order Tracking
- Tracking is emailed when your order ships. It may take up to 24 hours to update.
Address Accuracy
- Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Returned packages due to address issues can be reshipped after payment of new postage.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages
- Damaged in Transit: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box, label, and product. We’ll file a claim and reprint/replace as needed.
- Lost Packages: If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days (or 3+ days for Next Day Air), contact us and we’ll investigate and assist with a replacement.
- Carrier/Weather Delays: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; we’ll help push for resolution.
Split Shipments
- Large orders may ship in multiple boxes with separate tracking numbers.
International Shipping
- Currently U.S. only. Contact us for international quotes and info on duties/taxes if needed.
Signature Requirement
- No signature required by default. For high-value orders, we may require signature on delivery. Request Signature Required before checkout if desired.
Changes & Cancellations
- Changes/cancellations are only possible before printing begins. Once production starts, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
Returns
- All sales are final due to the custom nature of apparel printing. If there’s a print issue caused by us, we’ll reprint or refund.
Artwork Requirements
- Files must meet our print specs (size, resolution, color mode). Delays while awaiting corrected files are not included in same-day timelines.
Rush Orders
- Same-day shipping is our rush option. If you have a specific in-hands date, contact us before ordering so we can recommend the right shipping method.
Carriers
- We primarily ship via UPS and USPS. Third-party shipping accounts are not accepted.
Undeliverable Packages
- Packages returned as undeliverable or refused will be held for 7 days. Reshipment requires payment of new shipping charges.
