Since each item is custom-made specifically for you once your order is received, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrectly ordered sizes, so we encourage you to stop by the shop or contact us with any sizing concerns before placing your order. Returns or reprints will only be granted in the case of a confirmed defect in workmanship; if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at meltdowngraphics@gmail.com within 7 days with a clear photo of the issue. Please note that we are not responsible for damage occurring during shipping or for issues stemming from low-resolution customer artwork and incorrect laundering.
